低温等离子刀在慢性肥厚性鼻炎治疗中的疗效分析

The Effect of Temperature-Controlled Plasma Radiofrequency Treatment on Chronic Hypertophic Rhinitis

目的:探讨低温等离子刀在慢性鼻炎中的治疗效果。方法:收集我院2003年7月到2005年7月治疗慢性鼻炎患者129例,采用低温等离子刀行双下鼻甲消融治疗。观察患者术中、术后疼痛、出血、伤口反应情况,术后恢复时间、鼻腔通气功能及相伴症状改善状况。结果:129例患者随访观察1年,效果明显96例,显效29例,无效4例。结论:低温等离子刀在慢性鼻炎治疗上,具有术中、术后反应轻、鼻腔黏膜损伤小、恢复时间快、鼻腔通气功能恢复佳、未出现不良反应及相关并发症。该手术具有安全、有效、微创特点,具有良好的发展前景。

Objective：To discuss the effect of temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequency in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods：The clinical materials of 129 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were collected from July 2003 to July 2005 and received temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment.The reaction during operation,postoperative complications,recovery time and the improvement of nasal cavity ventilation functions,etc.were observed.Results：After one-year follow-up,the results in 96 had excellent,29 effective and 4 improvement.Conclusion：Using temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequency in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis was proved to have mild postoperative reaction,provided sooner and effective response.
