鼻内镜下高频电凝止血治疗鼻出血36例临床疗效观察

The Therapeutic Effect of High Frequency Electrical Coagulation under Nasal Endoscope in Treating Epistaxis:Report of 36 Cases

目的：观察鼻内镜下高频电凝止血治疗鼻出血的临床近期疗效。方法：对我院2004年1月-2005年12月36例鼻出血患者鼻内镜下高频电凝止血。结果：36例鼻出血患者经过鼻内镜下高频电凝止血治愈率达97.2%。结论：鼻内镜下高频电凝止血效果良好,值得常规使用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of high frequency electrical coagulation under nasal endoscope in treating epistaxis.Methods：Stoping the bleeding with high frequency electrical coagulation under nasal endoscope in 36 patients from January 2004 to December 2005.Results：The cure rate of stop bleeding with high frequency electrical coagulation under the endoscope was up to 97.2% in 36 patients.Conclusion：Stop bleeding with high frequency electrical coagulation under endoscope was effective and deserved routine application.
