参松养心胶囊对非器质性期前收缩患者的影响

Effects of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule on Non-organic Premature Beat

目的：探讨参松养心胶囊对非器质性期前收缩的疗效。方法：收集2004年3月-2006年9月心血管专科门诊非器质性期前收缩患者共90例,通过区组随机分别纳入参松养心胶囊治疗组30例（口服参松养心胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次）、倍他洛克治疗组30例（口服倍他洛克,每次12.5mg,每天1-2次,如无不良反应,1周后加量为每次25mg,每天1-2次）和空白对照组30例。试验时间4周,观察前后期前收缩和相关临床症状的变化。结果：参松养心胶囊和倍他洛克能够明显减少非器质性期前收缩患者的期前收缩次数,总有效率分别为73.33%和76.67%（P=0.77）。参松养心胶囊较倍他洛克更能有效改善非器质性期前收缩患者的临床症状,总有效率分别为86.67%和66.67%（P=0.04）。结论参松养心胶囊能够安全有效的纠正非器质性期前收缩患者的心律失常,并且对于改善非器质性期前收缩患者临床症状的疗效更加显著。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Shen Song Yang Xin capsule in treating premature beat without organic disease.Methods：Ninety patients with premature beat in the absence of organic disease were collected from March,2004 to September,2006 and were randomly divided into Shen Song Yang Xin capsule group,metaprolol group and blank control group by random blocking.The therapeutic course was 4 weeks.Main symptoms and premature beat were observed before and after treatment.Results Shen Song Yang Xin capsule and metaprolol both could apparently reduce the number of premature beats without organic disease （general effective rate was respectively 73.33% and 76.67%,P=0.77）.Shen Song Yang Xin capsule could improve the patients＇ symptoms more effectively than metaprolol （general effective rate was respectively 86.67% and 66.67%,P=0.04）.Conclusion Shen Song Yang Xin capsule could correct the arrhythmia of the patients with premature beat but no organic disease safely and effectively and relief the patients＇ clinic symptoms more significantly.
