替米沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Mishatan in Primary Hypertension

目的:观察比较常规剂量下(40mg/d)替米沙坦片对各期和各度的高血压治疗效果和耐受性。方法:采用随机的方法,60例EH患者例老年原发性高血压患者,服用替米沙坦片(40mg/d),测定临床血压值。结果:服药6周后血压为(144·1±14)/(85·9±7)mmHg(1mmHg=0·133kPa),收缩压下降26·9mmHg,舒张压下降15·8mmHg。显效27例,有效28例,总有效率91·7%。有不良反应者7例(11·6%),主要为腹痛、腹泻、消化不良、关节痛、肌痛等,症状较轻不需停药。治疗前后各项血液生化、肝肾功能无改变。结论:替米沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的疗效好、耐受性好、副作用少。

Objective： Under observation comparison convention dosage （40 mg/d） for Mischa Tanzania piece to various issue of and each hypertension treatment result and tolerance. Methods： Uses the stochastic method, 60 examples EH patient example old age primary hypertension patient, takes for the Mischa Tanzania piece （40 mg/d）, determination clinical blood pressure value. Results： After takes medicine 6 weeks the blood pressure for （144.1 ± 14） / （85.9± 7） mmHg （1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa）, the systolic pressure drops 26.9 mmHg, the diastolic pressure drops 15.8 mmHg. Shows results 27 examples, effective 28 examples, total effectiveness 91.7%. Has not the good response 7 examples （11.6%）, for the abdominal pain, the diarrhea, the digestion not good, the joint pain, the myodynia and so on, the symptom is mainly lighter does not have to stop the medicine. Around the treatment each item of blood biochemistry, the hepatorenal function do not have the change. Conclusion： For the Mischa Tanzania piece treatment primary hypertension curative effect good, the tolerance good, the side effect are few.
