宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉126例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 126 Cases of Endometrial Polyps Treated with Hysteroscopy

目的：分析宫腔镜治疗EP临床效果。方法：2005年1月-2006年12月对EP患者126例行宫腔镜下电切术,并予以孕激素治疗及随访。结果：126例EP患者,镜下诊断与病理诊断符合率为95%,均顺利完成手术,无并发症。结论：宫腔镜的应用使EP的检出率大大提高,尤其宫腔镜电切术的应用使多发的、较大的EP彻底切除,防止漏诊,并配合孕激素治疗,疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the curative effects of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps.Methods：There were 126 cases of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps from January 2005 to December 2006.All cases treated with progestational hormone after the operation and were followed up.Results：Diagnose in operation accorded to pathology with the accurate diagnostic rate of 95%.Operations are all successful and without complication.Conclusion：The sensitivity in detecting endometrial polyps improves significantly and the rate of missed diagnosis decreases.Multiple and bigger endometrial polyps can be resected thoroughly with hysteroscopic surgery.Hysteroscopic surgery combines with progestational hormone is effective for treating endometrial polyps.
