充血性心力衰竭住院死亡患者的性别差异

The Gender Differences Patients with Congestive Heart Failure Death in Hospital

目的：了解各种病因充血性心力衰竭住院死亡患者的性别差异。方法：对我科1997年12月到2007年9月的全部心功能为NYHA2-4级的死亡患者进行回顾性分析,比较不同心脏病心衰患者死亡的两性间差异。结果：冠心病死亡者、风心病死亡者有明显的性别差异。结论：两性比较,男性死于冠心病者较女性多,死亡年龄较女性小;女性死于风心病者较男性多。

Objective：To evaluate the gender differences in the various causes of congestive heart failure patients died in hospital.Method：To analyze retrospectively the cause of died hospital patients with the heart function （NYHA2-4） from December 1997 to March 2006.To compare genderdifferences in the various heart diseases patients died of heart falure.Result：There is significant deviation between male and female died of coronary heart disease and rheumatic heart disease.Conclusion：Comparing to female,male died of coronary heart disease with larger number and lower age,while there are more female who died of rheumatic heart disease than male.
