鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术32例临床分析

Uncovery Method for Treatment of 32 Patients with Cysts in Nasal Vestibule Under Nasal Endoscope

目的:探讨鼻前庭囊肿的最佳治疗方法。方法:在鼻内镜下辅以鼻窦电动切割器,对32例患者行鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术。结果:32例均获治愈,无1例并发症,随访1年以上,均未见囊肿复发和并发症。结论:鼻内镜下辅以鼻窦电动切割器行鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术,具有手术精确、时间短、创伤小、愈合快等微创手术优点,值得推广。

Objective：To investige the best treatment method for cysts in Nasal Vestibule.Methods：Thirty-two patients with nasal vestibular ctysts were subjected to uncover under nasal endoscope assisted by electricity cutterbar.Results：All of the cases healed up without any complication and more than 1 year follow-up showed that no case was recurred and had no complication.Conclusion：Uncovery method under nasal endoscope was an effective simple operation to treat Cysts in Nasal Vestibule,and with the advantages such as little trauma,precise operation,short operative time and quick healing.
