规范化大便隐血试纸条评估程序的建立及临床应用

Fecal Occult Blood Test Paper Standardized Assessment Procedures and Its Clinical Application

目的:建立规范化的大便隐血(OB)检测试纸条比对评估程序,确保检测质量。方法:①血红蛋白(HB)稀释液验证试验方案:分别用消康保试纸条和艾康试纸条对19种采用纯水和艾康缓冲液对倍稀释的人HB悬液进行平行OB试验;②临床标本验证试验:随机选择93例临床大便标本,用传统方法采用纯水稀释标本,分别用消康保试纸条和艾康试纸条进行平行OB试验。结果:①HB稀释液验证试验:采用纯水稀释的人HB系列液进行的消康保试纸条和艾康试纸条OB试验,两者的符合率为84.21%(χ2=0,P>0.05),采用艾康缓冲液稀释的人HB系列液进行的消康保试纸条和艾康试纸条OB试验,两者的符合率为94.74%(χ2=0,P>0.05);②临床标本验证试验:采用纯水稀释的人HB系列液进行的消康保试纸条和艾康试纸条OB试验,两者的符合率为89.25%(χ2=2.5,P>0.05)。结论:本室建立了对新进大便OB检测试纸条评估程序,方法简单易行、成本低、可操作性强,能够通过对大便OB检测试纸条的全面评估,保证临床检测结果的一致和准确,提高检测质量。

Objective：To establish standardization fecal occult blood（OB） test paper strip appraisal procedure,and to guarantee the examination quality.Methods：①Hemoglobin（HB） dilution verification test plan：To carry Fecal Occult Blood Gold Gel Stripe and ACON test paper strip separately on the pure water and the ACON buffer solution to 19 kinds of two-fold dilution human HB to the parallel OB experiment,②Clinical specimen verification test：Randomly select 93 examples clinical OB specimens,adopt the pure water dilution specimen.To carry Fecal Occult Blood Gold Gel Stripe and ACON test paper strip separately on the parallel OB experiment.Results：①HB dilution verification test：Using the human HB series fluid diluted with the pure water to carry on disappears the Fecal Occult Blood Gold Gel Stripe and ACON test paper strip OB experiment,the coincidence rate was 84.21%（χ^2=0,P〉0.05）,Using the human HB series fluid diluted with the ACON buffer solution to carry on disappears the Fecal Occult Blood Gold Gel Stripe and ACON test paper strip OB experiment,the coincidence rate was 94.74%（χ^2=0,P〉0.05）,②Clinical specimen verification test：Using the human HB series fluid diluted with the pure water to carry on disappears the Fecal Occult Blood Gold Gel Stripe and ACON test paper strip OB experiment,the coincidence rate was 89.25%（χ^2=2.5,P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Our lab has recently established fecal OB test paper strip appraisal procedure,and the method is easy and feasible,cheap.Through the fecal OB test paper strip comprehensive appraisal,the clinical examination result is guaranteed with the consistency and accurate,and the examination quality can be improved.
