ω3脂肪酸防治心源性猝死的争议
摘要
ω3脂肪酸对健康人群有预测心源性猝死的价值,服用ω3脂肪酸能减少心源性猝死的发生率,但其对某些疾病如充血性心力衰竭病人心源性猝死的预测价值还有争议。另外,服用ω3脂肪酸会使植入埋藏式复律除颤器病人发生缓慢型室性心动过速的机会增加,但不一定增加心源性猝死的危险。ω3脂肪酸究竟具有抗心律失常作用还是致心律失常作用?目前还存在争议。该文根据国外的最新资料对上述问题作了介绍。
