影响旅行社游客满意度的服务属性因素实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于服务业影响顾客满意度的服务属性和旅行社服务的特殊性,以所属广西南宁市的旅行社为例,通过探索性因子分析方法探讨影响游客满意度的旅行社服务属性因素。实证表明,游客感知旅行社服务质量的总体满意度由多方面服务项目指标构成,各方面服务项目指标的满意度对游客总体满意度的影响各不相同且存在序列性。
