目的:了解学生和家长对心理学知识理解的程度及有关需求。方法:利用自制的学生和家长问卷分别发放于市区两所学校的学生和两所幼儿园学前儿童的家长。结果:72%的学生有心理咨询和心理指导需求,54%的家长阅读过有关心理学知识方面的文章,但他们大多数不能区分出哪些是心理问题引发的躯体症状、哪些是生理变化导致的躯体疾病,在出现身体不适时总是去儿科门诊。结论:在儿科临床工作中,心理学越来越重要。医生应具备一定的心理学知识,以减少心理疾病的误诊和漏诊,使有心理问题的儿童及时得到心理咨询和治疗。

Objective： Understands the student and the guardian to the psychology knowledge understanding degree and the related demand. Methods： Separately provides in the urban district two school students and in front of two kindergarten study child＇ s guardian using the self-made student and guardian questionnaire. Results： Percent 72 of the student has the psychological consultation and the psychological instruction demand, percent 54 the guardian has read the related psychology knowledge aspe articlee ,but their majority energy regions do not branch out what is body symptom of mental phenomena initiate, what is somat-disease of physiology initiate, is appearing the body not at the right moment always to go to the department of pediatrics outpatient service. Conclusion ： In department of pediatrics clinical work, psychology grow in importance. Doctor should have certain psycho-logy knowledge,reduces the psychological disease the error diagnostic and leaks examines, enable to have the psychological question child get prompt psychological consult and cure.
