摘要骨坏死是骨科的常见病、多发病，可发生于股骨头、肱骨头、腕舟骨、股骨髁、距骨、跖骨、胫骨平台等部位，其中以股骨头坏死（osteonecrosis of femoral head，ONFH）最常见。股骨头坏死是以骨的活成分（骨细胞、骨髓造血细胞及脂肪细胞）死亡为主要改变的病理过程，按病因可分为创伤性和非创伤性两大类。创伤性ONFH主要见于髋部创伤，如：股骨颈骨折、
