黏膜免疫系统相关免疫细胞、免疫分子及淋巴细胞归巢研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 黏膜是病原菌重要的入侵门户,通过黏膜免疫可以从感染的源头上阻止病原菌的侵入。早在20世纪80年代,随着生物工程技术、分子生物学、药物投递系统及黏膜免疫调节理论的发展,以及对注射疫苗的不易接受性,人们对黏膜免疫的兴趣陡然增加。本世纪初WHO提出将采取更有效的免疫方法来减少注射免疫所带来的器材污染、费用高昂、容易耐受等问题。
