The material series of recently developed superducting materials with high critical temperature and their characteristics and the great significance of their discovery have been briefly given. The most suitable and convenient process for manufacturing these oxide superconducting materials is by using P/M technology, Various important applications and prospectives of these new materials have been outlined.
