用β射线技术在线监测复合材料预浸带树脂含量

The Resin Content on-line Monitoring in Composite Prepreg Tapes Using Beta-ray Technique

建立弱源射线监测仪,对热熔预浸工艺生产预浸带用涂胶离型纸的树脂含量进行了动态测量,并与重量法间断测量结果进行了比较。研究表明:射线透过涂胶纸强度和原强度之比(I/I_0)与树脂含量具有良好的对应关系;该仪器用于预浸树脂含量在线检测是可行的。

In this paper a beta-ray gauge with14C weak source was established to measure both release paper and coated paper with epoxy resin during the direct hot- melting coating manufacture of prepregs. Meanwhile the resin content of coated paper was tested uncontinuously using the weight method. The results indicated that the intensity ratio of beta-ray I/T0 was consistent with the resin content value. Therefore we concluded the beta-ray gauge with 14C weak source is suitable for the monitoring of resin content in prepreg on line.
