胰腺移植的进展
摘要
胰腺移植是治疗终末期糖尿病的有效手段,能消除糖尿病患者急性并发症的发生,延缓或阻止慢性并发症的发展,改善患者生活质量。笔者就胰腺移植的适应证、外科技术以及免疫抑制治疗等方面的最新进展加以综述。
