河蟹后期亲体保存及早期蚤状幼体病害防治的研究

报导了用降低温度的方法延长河蟹（Eriochersisensis）抱卵期的胚胎发育时间，从而达到保在后期育苗亲蟹的目的；结果显示：从眼点期至幼体孵出所需时间为：水温约19℃需7天，水温约16℃需11天，水温约8℃需24天。在河蟹早期育苗过程中用鳗净和磺胺类抗菌素进行水体消毒，使Z1至Z2变态成活率达80％以上。

This paper reports that developmental time of embryo in eggholder stage of mitten crab (Eriocher sisensis) was prolonged by decreasing temperature, thus conserving parent crab for post stage breeding, The result shows that the needed time frem eye-sport to hatching stage was seven days with 19℃ water temperature or so, eleven days with 16℃ water temperature or so, twenty tbur days with 8℃ water temperature or so, respectively. During the early time of mitten crab berrding. the survival rate from zoea I to zoea II stage was up to over 80% by disinfecting water using ManJing and antibiotic of Sulphanilamide.
