摘要
讨论了数学素质教育的重要性，并提出一些为提高高等学校学生数学素质的教学方法，同时讨论了教师与教材在素质教育方面的重要作用．
In this article, the importance of quality education in mathematics is discusscd. Some teaching methods and the positive role of teachers and teaching materials are stated for raising the quality in mathematics of students in universities and colleges
