This paper told about the principles and skills of fast speed regulation spectrometer.including a series of regulation principles and skills of the structural regulation of auto-focus vertical telescope, the layout of biplane mirrors, vertical between telescope photo-axis and main revolving spindel, vertical between loading platform and main revolving spindle, the lnyout of triangular prism,and the determination of vertex angle and the lowest deviation angle of triangular prism for the purpose of fast speed regulation.
