摘要
研究了非晶态Fe_(90-x)Cr_xZr_(10)(X=0,4,7)合金的掺氢效应,掺氢使这些合金的电阻率增加,采用体积膨胀和相干交换散射模型解释了实验的结果。
Hydrogenation effect of amorphous Fe90-x Crx Zr10 (x=0,4,7) alloys is studied.Hydrogenation makes the resistivity of these alloys increase, which can be explained well by the volume expansion and coherent exchange scattering.
