摘要
目的:探讨真菌性鼻窦炎的诊断与治疗方法。方法:对58例经组织病理学证实为霉菌性鼻窦炎的临床表现、体征、影像学及手术、病理诊断、治疗效果进行总结分析。结果:38例术前临床表现、结合CT明确诊断,20例为术后组织病理学检查明确诊断,58例均行鼻窦病灶清理术,术后用生理盐水冲洗窦腔,全部病例均治愈。结论:该病大多有典型的临床表现,CT有明确的特征性,手术彻底清除病灶,通畅引流,冲洗窦腔是有效的治疗方法。
Objective：To Study diagnosis and treatment of fungal sinusitis.Methods：Clinical feature,radio-graphic findings,surgery pathology,prognosis of 58 cases of fungal sinusitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results：38 cases of fungal sinusitis were definitely diagneosd by preoperative clinical feature and radiographic characteristics,20 cases of fungal sinusitis were proved by postoperative surgery pathology.All cases of fungal sinusitis were cured by op eration and postoperative care.Conclusion：Most of fungal sinusitis have specific computed tomographic characteristics.Surgical debridement of diseased tissue,keeping drainage of the involved sinuses are effectively treatment for fungal sinusitis.
