摘要
目的:探讨三七通舒胶囊在体外模拟脑缺血再灌注诱导的神经元损伤中的保护作用及作用机制。方法:培养小鼠神经元细胞,模拟缺血90min,加入三七通舒后正常培养24h,观察各组神经元的存活率及形态学改变。采用TUNEL法检测早期细胞凋亡程度。结果:三七通舒胶囊能显著提高神经元细胞模拟缺血再灌注24h后的存活率维持细胞形态,显著降低缺血再灌注的神经元细胞的凋亡程度(P<0.01)。结论:三七通舒胶囊能改善神经元的存活,有效维持细胞形态,具有神经保护作用,可显著抑制脑缺血再灌注诱导的神经元细胞凋亡。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of SANQI Tongshu capsule during mimic ischemia-reperfusion injury in vitro.Methods:After neurons induced by ischemia-reperfusion were treated with SANQI Tongshu capsule,survival rate of neurons in various conditions and the morphological changes were observed.Cell early apoptosis was analyzed by cell TUNEL assay.Results:SANQI Tongshu capsule could prolong the survival time and maintain morphology of the neurons after mimic ischemia-reperfusion for 24 h,and significantly reduce the apoptosis of the neurons with ischemia-reperfusion(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Sanqi Tongshu capsule could protect neurons from injury during ischemia-reperfusion and significantly inhibit the apoptosis of ischemia-reperfusion induced neurons.
