超声检测由高原返回内地居住居民的肺动脉改变

Study on Ultrasound Test of Pulmonary Artery for Returned Residents from High Altitude

目的:探讨由高原返回内地居住居民的肺动脉改变。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对114例由高原移居内地的居民进行心脏超声检查,对主肺动脉及右肺动脉最大内径测值进行分析。结果:由高原返回内地居住的居民肺动脉内径改变与在高原居住时间、居民年龄、性别有一定的关系。结论:对移居高原若干年后又返回内地居住的居民,常规进行超声心动图检查,观察检测主肺动脉及右肺动脉内径以及右心改变,为临床提供诊断依据,以便预防慢性肺原性心脏病的发生、发展。

Objective：To discuss the change of the internal diameter of the pulmonary artery for the residents who had once lived on the plateaus and then returned to plains.Methods：CDFI is perfoened on 114 cases of the above mentioned residents,and then an analysis is conducted about the results of the test the maximum length of the inside diameter of main pulmonary artery and right pulmonary artery.Results：The change of pulmonary artery of the returned residents is related to living time span on a plateau,age,and sex to a certain degree.Conclusion：As to the residents who had once lived on the plateaus and then returned to the plains,they should receive regular echocardiography,have main pulmonary artery,right pulmonary artery,and right ventricle observed and tested in terms of their changes,based on which a correct clinical diagnosis is able to be made so that the development of cor pulmonale will be prophylacted.
