乳腺癌患者配偶的应对方式及其与人格关系的研究

A Study on Relationship between the Coping Styles and Personality in Breast Cancer Patients' Spouses

目的:了解乳腺癌患者配偶的应对方式,并探讨应对方式与人格特点的关系。方法:选取乳腺癌患者配偶108例,采用问卷调查的方法,应用Jalowiec的应对量表(Jalowiec Coping Scale,JCS)及艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ)进行评估。结果:(1)乳腺癌患者配偶多采取"乐观"、"面对"、"寻求支持"以及"情感宣泄"的应对方式。(2)乳腺癌患者配偶"乐观"、"面对"、"寻求支持"的应对方式与EPQ-E呈正相关,与EPQ-L呈负相关;"情感宣泄"的应对方式与EPQ-E以及EPQ-N呈正相关。结论:乳腺癌患者配偶多采用"乐观"、"面对"和"寻求支持"以及"情感宣泄"的应对方式;应对方式与人格特点具有相关性。关键词:乳腺癌;配偶;应对方式;

Objective：To explore the influence of coping styles in breast cancer patients′s spouses and identify the correlation between coping styles and their personality.Methods：Jalowiec coping scale（JCS）and Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ）were employed to evaluate the coping styles in 108 spouses of breast cancer patients.Result：（1）the spouses of breast cancer patients had higher scores of＂optimistic＂、＂confront＂、＂supportive＂ and＂ emotive＂ coping styles,and lower scores of＂evasive＂、＂fatalistic＂、＂palliative＂、and＂ self-reliant＂ coping styles.（2）the＂optimistic＂、＂confront＂、and＂supportive＂coping styles had positive correlation with EPQ-E and negative correlation with EPQ-L（P〈0.05）;the＂evasive＂coping style had positive correlation with EPQ-E and negative correlation with EPQ-N（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The breast cancer patients＇spouses had higher scores of＂optimistic＂、＂confront＂＂supportive＂and＂emotive＂coping styles.There is obvious relationship between the coping styles and personality.
