颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的分析及护理对策

Analysis and Nursing Strategy of Craniocerebral Injury Complicated Pulmonary Infection

目的:分析颅脑损伤伴肺部感染的高危因素,并提出护理对策。方法:将78例颅脑损伤伴肺部感染病例按照年龄分组及意识障碍程度分组,资料作统计学分析。结果:老年组及意识障碍程度严重组的患者肺部感染发生率明显增高。结论:对颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的高危环节应采取针对性护理措施,以降低感染率。

Objective：To analyze the high risks of craniocerebral injury complicating pulmonary infection and draw off the nursing strategies.Methods：Seventy eight cases of craniocerebral injury complicating pulmonary infection were divided into groups according age and degree of conscious disturbance.Data were analyzed with statistic method.Results：The incidence rates of pulmonary infection obviously increased in older age group and severe degree conscious disturbance group.Conclusions：Nursing interventions should be adopted aiming directly at the high risk components in craniocerebral injury complicating pulmonary infection so as to degrade the rate of pulmonary infection.
