摘要
文中针对柔性线路板(Flexible PCB,FPC)多层、线宽精细和间距超精细,无法获取充分故障信息的问题,提出了时序数据测量和基于时序数据的故障诊断方法,在限定的测量节点上,获取了更多的故障信息,将故障识别率从原来的86.5%提高到94.6%.
Flexible PCB (FPC) 's multi layers, thin copper lines and scrappy line distance characteristic make it very difficult to acquire malfunction information. Focusing on this problem, we raise time series based, malfunction diagnose methodology in this paper. In limited testing points, we could acquire more diagnosing information, and can raise diagnosing rate from original 86.5 % to 94.6 %.
