摘要
为了进一步减少CMOS图像传感器的采样次数,系统分析了基于指数时间采样扩展CMOS图像传感器动态范围的基本方法,并对其进行了改进,提出了通过合理选取采样时间,可以进一步减少采样次数的方法.在此基础上,提出了一种新型的电路实现结构,采用此方法在每个积分周期采样N/2+1次(N为大于零的偶数),最大可以扩展CMOS图像传感器动态范围2N倍,较以往的方法减少采样N/2次.最后,在CSM 0.35μm 2P4M 3.3V的工艺下,利用Hspice软件进行仿真实验,证明了此方法的有效性.
For the purpose of further reducing the times of sampling of CMOS image sensor,systemically analyze and amend the extending dynamic range method of CMOS image sensor based on index time sampling.Propose that the times of sampling can be further reduced by means of properly selected sampling time,based on this method,a new circuit structure is proposed.By adopting this method,it samples only N/ 2+1 times in each integral period,and the dynamic range of CMOS image sensor can be extended by 2N.Reduce N/ 2 times comparing to former methods.Finally,simulation experiment is implemented using Hspice with technology of CSM 0.35μm 2P4M 3.3V,and simulation results demonstrates that the new method is effective.
