摘要
为了使BUCK变换器中MOSFET能够浮地工作,采用脉冲变压器构成其栅极驱动电路.分析驱动电路的结构和工作原理,对脉冲变压器进行设计,并给出增大磁化电感和减小漏感的方法,从而有效传输驱动波形,有利于降低MOSFET的损耗,提高BUCK变换器的效率.通过软件和实验对脉冲变压器驱动电路进行电路仿真和实验验证.
In order to make the MOSFET float working in the BUCK converter,one type of the pulse transformer gate drive circuits is used.The circuit's topology and its working principle are presented.The pulse transformer design is discussed in detail,the method of how to augment the magnetizing inductance and minish the leaking inductance is provided,and simulation and prototype verified results are given.
