摘要
论述了在卫星运行轨道上,电源分系统太阳电池阵受到空间环境的影响。对空间带电粒子、原子氧和地磁亚暴存在的状况和产生的机理进行了分析,阐明了在此工作环境下的太阳电池阵所受到的影响。提出了一些防护措施。其中在太阳电池银互连器表层镀金防原子氧的方法已经被成功地应用;在太阳阵表面实施ITO膜技术防静电充/放电方面做了详细的介绍,该项技术应用于"地球探测双星计划",使太阳阵表面最大电位差为±1V。
Effects of space environment on the solar cell of on-orbit satellite were discussed. The charged particles in space, atomic oxygen, and existence situation and generation mechanism of magnetic substorms were analyzed. Solar cells under this working situation were explained. Some protective measurements were offered. In which the solar cell silver interconnection surface gold-plated anti-atomic oxygen was applied successfully; solar array on the surface of the technical implementation of the ITO film anti-static charge-discharge was introduced in detail. The technology has been applied in "Geospace Double Star Exploration Project", and the maximum potential difference of solar array on the surface is less than ± 1 V.
