摘要 目的:建立唇炎颗粒质量控制标准.方法:用薄层色谱法检测制剂中的生地、当归、防风和丹参,并运用高效液相色谱法测定梓醇的含量.结果:定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;梓醇进样量为0.402~3.618μg时与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997,n=5),测得制剂中的梓醇含量稳定.结论:所建立的方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制. AIM: To establish a method for quality control of Chunyan granule. METHODS: Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Angelicae sinensis, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Radix Salviae mihiorrhizae were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC). Catalpol content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ). RESULTS : The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Catalpol showed a good hner relationship with area at a range of 0. 402 - 3. 618 μg ( r = 0.9997, n = 5 ). Catalpol content of the granule was steady. CONCLUSION: The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for quality control of Chunyan granule.
