摘要
分析了峙峪矾土的化学组成和矿物组成,研究了不同温厦下煅烧矾土,测定其性能和相组成。结果表明,峙峪矾土的主要矿物组成为波美石,含有少量的一水硬铝石和锐钛矿等。最佳煅烧温度和保温时间为1550℃×2h,煅烧后的主晶相为刚玉,并含有不量莫来石和钛酸铝。对峙峪矾土的烧结机理进行了探索。
篢he chemical and mineral composition of Shiyu bauxite has been studied. The properties and phase composition of bauxite under different calcining temperature have been measured. The results show that the major mineral of Shiyu bauxite is boehmite with little diaspore and anatase ect. The optimum calcining temperature and keeping time of Shiyu bauxite is 1550℃×2h and the major phase is corundum with minor amounts of mullite and Al2O3. TiO2. The calcining mechanism is also researched.
