摘要
目的:研制一种医用加速器辐射源检定系统,该系统能够按照中华人民共和国国家计量检定规程所规定的标准对加速器的各项重要参数进行检定与记录。方法:详细介绍了JJG有关医用加速器辐射源检定的相关规定和要求,并以此为依据设计了一系列计算机应用程序去完成检定过程。该系统处理的主要数据包括吸收剂量、剂量监测系统(包括监测系统示值校准的相对偏差、重复性、示值的线性、短期稳定性)、辐射质、辐射野光野一致性、均整度与对称性以及加速器等中心精度等7类数据。计算机辅助设计技术和数据库技术在本文中得到应用,本文列举了其中两条重要算法的过程(辐射野的对称性与均整度检定以及计算等中心精度)。结果:该系统完全达到了设计要求并投入临床使用,本文给出了一组该系统的应用界面。结论:该系统规范了加速器辐射源的检定过程,简化了检定方法,并且提供了详细的检定记录,作为放射治疗网络系统的重要组成部分,和总系统的其他部分共同为放射治疗的QA&QC提供了技术支持。
Objective: A system was researched for verification regulation of medical accelerator's radiation source, which could verify and record various important parameters of a medical accelerator according to the national standard for ruling process of the People's Republic of China.Methods: Rules and requests about verification regulation of medical accelerator's radiation source provided by JJG has been introduced in detail. Some programs has been developed to process the course of verification. The main data handled by the system included the absorbed dose, the monitors system for dose (opposite deviation, repetition, line and stability), radiation source's quality, consistency for radiation and light fields, symmetry and flatness, isocenter accuracy, etc. The computer assisted technique and database technique has been used in the article.The article enumerated two important algorithms which included symmetry and flatness, isocenter accuracy. Results: The system came to design request completely and has been throw in clinical usage. The article listed some interfaces of the system.Conclusion: The system ruled the process of verification regulation of medical accelerator's radiation source, simplified the method, and provided the record about the process, as an important part of the radiotherapy network, the system provided technique supporting for radiotherapy's QA&QC with the whole network system.
