供水工程中PCCP管施工的不同基槽处理方式

摘要 在平岗泵站咸期供水配套工程预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP管)施工中,针对不同地质情况采取了不同的沟槽开挖和基础支护方式,泵站路标段处于人工填土层,采用素土夯实或抛石换填后,再进行放坡开挖处理的施工方式;海堤路标段处于沿海软土层,先采用水泥搅拌桩对软基进行加固处理后,再进行钢板桩的施工,然后进行PCCP管的安装。该工程从2006年12月通水至今,沿线管道未出现爆管事故,保证了珠澳两地咸期的供水安全。 During the construction of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) for water supply from the Pinggang Pumping Station in salt tide period, the different trench excavation and foundation support were adopted according to different geological conditions. Bengzhan Road section is located in the artificial soil layer, and a slope excavation is carried out after soil tamping or riprap. Haidi Road section is located in the coastal soft soil layer, and after the reinforcement of soft soil with cement mixed piles, the construction of steel sheet pile is performed, and the PCCPs are laid. From being put into operation in December 2006 to now, the pipeline burst incident does not happen, which guarantees the water supply security of Zhuhai-Maeao in salt tide period.
