以Rockwell产品为例,介绍了转炉倾动氧枪交流变频系统的设计与调试过程。对设计上需考虑的变频控制系统的组成、制动单元与制动电阻的计算、故障处理等问题;调试过程中需考虑的主从控制、制动器的控制等问题进行了讨论,给出了相应的解决办法。
The paper described the design and debug process AC Frequency-converter of adopting for the converter tilting system and lance lifting system, the instantiation of system is Rockwell production. Discuss question as follows: the constitutes of AC Frequency-converter control system, the calculate of brake unit & brake resistance, the deal with of fault, Vector Control Master/Slave, break control, describe corresponding resolvent.
