The growth of developing countries is an important event of historical significant in the world today.Their political and economic demands have changed over time.However,their basic at- tribute as the third world never changes and they are still the important forces in maintaining world peace and promoting world development.AS a big developing country,China's peaceful development has a global significant for the development of international situation and relations.
