摘要
通过对均热炉加热工艺的分析研究,在总结连热炉操作经验的基础上，建立了一个专家系统与数学模型相结合的连热炉钢锭加热控制度型，用该模型对某大型初轧厂均热炉加热过程进行离线模拟,证明是准确可靠的,对生产工艺以炉子的在线控制具有一定的指导意义。
On the base of research for the heating process in the pit furnace and summing up the operation practice, this paper established a controlling model about heating steel ingot in the pit furnace by combinati0n expert system with mathematical model. It turned out accurate and reliable that we applied this model to off-line simulate of the heating process at a large primary rolling plant. This model is more significant on instruction of producing process and online control.
