采用正交法研究八角断面钢锭对提高厚板成材率的影响

ORTHOGONAL METHOD TO STUDY EFFECT OF IMPROVING THICK PLATE THE YIELD IN THE ROLLING BY EIGHT ANGLE SECTION INGOT

在总结八角断面钢锭对提高锭到厚板成材率的基础上，采用正交法进行了模拟实验。用方差分析的方法，研究了八角断面钢锭断面尺寸，轧制厚板的宽度及它们之间的交互作用对减少切边损失，提高厚板成材率的影响。为确定合理的锭型提供了依据。

In this paper, The author made experiment to simulate with orthogoal method and used variance analysis method to study crosssectional dimensions of eight angle sections ingot, width of rolling thick plate and their between mutual action for effect of the edges oroppings to reduce and thick plate to improve, based on the summarization of improving thick plate yield by eight angle section ingot. It was gained scientific basis to determine the optimum ingot.
