碳对镁铝合金晶粒细化影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究AM50合金与AZ91D合金采用碳进行熔体处理后晶粒形貌和晶粒大小的变化。结果表明,碳的加入使AM50合金晶粒尺寸由3.4 mm减小到0.86 mm,AZ91D合金晶粒尺寸由568μm减小到100μm左右。同时熔体处理后镁合金晶粒的晶界组织由不连续的块状分布变为相对粗大集中的连续网状分布。简述了碳对镁合金的细化机制。 The evolution of morphology and grain size of AM50 and AZ91D alloy was studied by by carbon melt treatments. The result shows that carbon has a remarkable effecton the refinement of magnesium alloys, the grain size of AM50 alloy decreases from 3.4 mm to 0.86 mm and the grain size of AZ91D alloy decreases from 568 μm to about 100 μm. In addition, the grain boundary transfers from discontinuous block to coarse concentrated and continuous network. The refinement mechanism of carbon on magnesium alloys is discussed.
