摘要
对ECAP变形后的纯铜进行了不同温度下的再结晶退火试验研究,然后对力学性能进行测试并对组织进行了观察,以分析等径角挤压后材料的热稳定性能。结果表明,ECAP变形后的纯铜在240℃以下保持较高的强度,热稳定性较好,而在240℃以上,其强度急剧下降,热稳定性变差。
In order to analyze the thermal stability of the pure copper after the ECAP, the recrystalization annealing test at different temperatures was conducted, and the m icrostructure was analyzed, and the mechanical properties were tested. The results show that the ECAP pure copper has a high strength and good thermal stability below 240 ℃, but the strength decreases dramatically and the thermal stability becomes worse above 240 ℃.
