摘要 冒口设计是铸造工艺设计中的一项重要内容。铸造CAE软件能正确模拟铸件的凝固过程,使用它可以提高冒口设计的准确性,提高工艺出品率,简化设计过程,提高设计效率。基于凝固时间法和断面模数法,开发了基于铸造CAE的铸钢件冒口设计CAD软件,并对某皮带轮的毛坯铸件进行了工艺设计和浇注。实际生产结果表明,所设计的冒口可以满足补缩的要求,而又没有造成金属液的浪费,验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。 It is important for the design of riser in thecasting process. The CAE software can correctly simulate the solidification process, improve the accuracy of the process design and the production yielding rate simplify the design process and enhance the design efficiency. In the investigation, a CAD software was developed for steel castings based on the solidification time and the cross-section modulus method. The software was used for the process design of the strap wheel casting, and a casting is produced using the designed process. The result shows the riser can meet the requirement of feeding and the melt metal was not wasted, thus it is validated that the technique is valid and feasible.
