摘要
针对三乙胺气雾发生器先期存在的问题,通过对雾化、电加热、气路和电控等系统的改进设计,不仅有效地解决了漏胺漏气、电加热功效低下的问题,而且大大提高了设备的自动化程度。改进后的气雾发生器已广泛用于生产实际,收到良好的效果。
In order to solve the existing problems of the original triethylamine generator during operation, the modified designs were carried out on the atomization, electric heating, gas circuit and automation system, thus effectively solve the problems of leakage and lower heating effect. Moreover, the automation degree of the equipment was greatly increased. The improved minitype triethylamine generator has been widely used in the roduction and has been achieved significant results.
