摘要
近年来层状结构的Mn+1AXn陶瓷因为同时具有金属和陶瓷的优异性能而引起了材料学和物理学领域的高度重视。由于其独特的性能,可以预料Mn+1AXn将成为重要的高温结构陶瓷和功能材料。而Ti3SiC2正是这类材料中最有前景的材料之一。本文从Ti3SiC2材料的电子结构和制备工艺入手,对Ti3SiC2的制备现状特别是粉末的制备进行了综合评述,并且对反应机理的研究进展进行了概述。
Owning to the excellent combined properties of metals and ceramics, the layered ceramic material Mn+1 AXn has attracted more attention in the material and physics fields recently. Due to unique properties, it is predicted that Mn+1AXn material will be significant high temperature structural ceramics and functional materials in the future. And Ti3SiC2 is one of the most promising Mn+1 AXn materials. The electronic structure and synthesis technology of Ti3SiC2, especially for powder preparation was reviewed, and the research progress on the reaction mechanisms of Ti3SiC2 is summarized as well.
