鹌鹑不同组织中小分子RNA分布规律的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 小分子非编码RNA可分为miRNAs、piRNAs和snoRNAs3种类型。选用雄性鹌鹑20只,分别采集心脏、肝脏、肾脏和睾丸组织,提取小分子RNA,分析不同组织中各种小分子RNA的表达形式和分布规律。结果表明:miRNAs的表达存在组织差异性,在肝脏、肾脏、睾丸中分布极少,在心脏中不表达;piRNAs和snoRNAs在4种组织中均有分布,且在不同组织中的分布差异不显著(P>0.05);snoRNAs的频度最高,piRNAs分布较少;同一组织中,miRNAs、piRNAs和snoRNAs的分布差异均显著(P<0.05)。这一结果为研究鹌鹑及禽类的小分子RNA的表达规律及生物学功能奠定了基础。
