影响山羊腹腔镜法活体采卵效果的研究

摘要 用屠宰厂采集的卵巢作为实验材料,比较了不同型号的采卵针对卵母细胞回收效果的影响,结果9号和12号针的回收率分别为66.78%和62.41%,显著高于7号针的52.63%(P<0.05);可用率分别为63.59%和68.82%,也显著高于7号针的55%(P<0.05)。在活体采卵实验中,比较了不同采卵间隔时间对活体采卵效果及供试羊卵巢损伤情况的影响,结果间隔1周组的每次每只卵泡数(12.08个)、每次每只获卵数(8.75枚),均显著低于间隔2周组(15.58个,11.97枚)和3周组(14.91个、11.42枚)(P<0.05)。间隔1周重复活体采卵对卵巢的损伤较大,卵巢表面有较多的血斑;间隔2周组和3周组卵巢基本能够恢复正常。同时还比较了离体卵巢与LOPU获得的卵子对体外受精效果的影响,二者在卵裂率(85.14%对83.33%)和桑椹胚率(52.38%对45.58%)方面差异不显著(P>0.05),但囊胚率差异显著(P<0.05),分别为30.16%和14.71%。
