摘要
作为一种新型的自润滑材料,石墨颗粒增强铝基复合材料受到越来越多的关注。在其诸多制备工艺中,铸造法最有优势。本文中针对铸造法制备石墨颗粒增强铝基复合材料的发展进行了综合评述,同时分析了制造过程中遇到的主要问题并归纳了相关的解决方案。
As a new-style self-lubricating material the graphite particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites have caused more and more attention. The casting process is the most predominant among the kinds of fabrication techniques. The development of preparing graphite particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites by casting is reviewed in this paper. At the same time, the main problems encountered are analyzed in the course of fabrication and the correlative solutions are concluded.
