基于ProCAST真空条件下钛合金熔模铸造的探究 被引量:8

摘要 介绍了有限元软件ProCAST模拟的基本数学模型,为研究真空状态以及浇注温度对铸件质量的影响,利用ProCAST软件预测了钛合金熔模铸造实例中可能出现的宏观缩孔缺陷和氧化夹杂的位置。结果表明,真空条件下钛合金金属液流动速度加快,有利于充型,且能降低铸件的氧化夹杂含量。随着浇注温度的提高,金属液的充型能力得到改善,但过高的浇注温度会导致晶粒急剧长大,在本试验条件下,最佳浇注温度为1850℃。 The FEM model of ProCAST software was introduced. In order to investigate the effect of vacuum circumstance and pouring temperature on the quality of the casting, ProCAST software was used to predict the porosity defect, oxides and inclusion. The results show that in the vacuum circumstance, flow velocity of the fluid increases, which improve the filling capacity of the liquid and decrease content of oxides and impurities. More over, as the pouring temperature increases, the filling capacity of liquid will be promoted. However, too high pouring temperature will result in extreme growth of grain. In this work, the optimal pouring temperature is 1 850℃.
