摘要 研究了5t冷风冲天炉熔炼过程中,风量、风压、增碳率和硅烧损率随熔炼时间的变化规律。试验结果表明,熔炼开始阶段,风压降低较快,风量缓慢增加,熔化率较小,增碳率较高,硅不烧损反而增加。随着熔炼时间的延长,风压缓慢降低,风量基本保持稳定,熔化率提高,增碳率降低,硅烧损率增大。另外,铁液增碳率随炉料含碳量的增加而降低,随着炉料含硅量的降低而提高。 The variation laws of blast volume, blast pressure, recarburizing rate and silicon loss were studied during the melting process of 5 t cold blast cupola. The results show that at the beginning of melting, the blast pressure decreases rapidly, and the blast volume increases slowly, therefore, the melting rate is small, the recarburizing rate is high, and the content of silicon is increasing instead of decreasing. With increasing of melting time, the blast pressure reduces gradually and the blast volume keeps stable, but the melting rate increases, the recarburizing rate reduces, and the burning loss rate of silicon increases. In addition, the recarburizing rate of iron melt decreases with increasing of carbon content of charge materials and increases with decreasing of silicon content of charge materials.
