丙酮生物检测方法的探讨

摘要 为建立一种测定尿中丙酮的方法,尿中的丙酮用固相微萃取头进行富集,经气相色谱检测,并对萃取条件进行选择。结果显示,在温度为30℃、转速为中速的条件下萃取20 min,尿丙酮线性关系良好,样品于室温及普通冰箱中均可放置7 d,共存物不干扰测定。则固相微萃取技术能用于尿中丙酮的检测。
