摘要
建立了竖炉石灰窑气体流动二维数学模型。模拟出了竖护石灰窑内气体流动状态。通过模拟发现目前竖炉石灰窑生产率低和所生产的石灰活性度低的根本原因是竖炉石灰窑风帽结构不合理。为改造竖炉石灰窑打下了理论基础。
A mathematical model to represent the fluid flow in lime-shaft-kiln has ben developed.The model is used for predicting the gas flow field of lime-shaft-kiln different blastcap conditions.As a result of using a bad structure of blast-cap in lime-shaft-kiln,the producting rate of lime-shaft-kiln is dropped and the activity of lime-hydrate is reduced.It is the thearical foundation for modifing lime-shaft-kiln.
