摘要
大中型塑料中空成型机的液压传动及控制系统是其关键性的组成部分,利用液压驱动可方便、可靠地实现整机的自动工作循环,利用电液比例位置控制系统,可随意控制型坯的壁厚变化规律,保证吹膜后中空制品壁厚均匀。主要介绍中空机液压驱动及控制系统的设计思想、控制系统基本工作原理,分析了系统的控制性能和特点及在样机上的运行情况。通过分析和试生产表明:中空机液压系统具有安全可靠、位置控制精度高、频响快、能耗低、维护调整方便、嗓音低、结构紧凑等优点。将成为中空机的一种实用新型的液压系统而获得广泛应用。
The hydraulic drive and control system is the critical component of the large-and-medium-slied plastic hollow formers. Automatic work cycle of the machine can be achieved through hydraulic drive in a convenient and reliable way. The variation in the wall thickness of the molding can be controled at will through the use of electro—hydraulic proportional control system In order that a homogeneous wall thickness of the blow products is guaranteed after me blowing. Here in this essay are introduced the design and basic working principle of the hydraulic drive and control system of the blow molding. Also,its function and feature in the systematic control and its operation on the sample machine are analysed here. The analysis and test production indicate many merits of good frequency,high precision in position control,fast frenquency, low consumption of energy, convenience in maintenance and adjustment, low noise and a compact formation. This will be accepted as a new and practical hydraulic pressure system and bound to be used widely.
